Johnson and Johnson compares its new fitness training app to “holding a gym in your hand.” The app leads you through a complete workout—partial or full body—in seven minutes.

Created and guided by exercise physiology specialist Chris Jordan, the app has over 1,000 exercise variations to try based on your fitness level. Videos within the app demonstrate the correct form for each exercise and are broken into four groups—total body, lower body, upper body and core. Within the workout library, you can choose a program other than the standard 7 minute regimen like sports conditioning, cardio blast and several advanced training modules. You can also create a custom workout and set your own intervals and difficulty.
