- Saturday, August 4, at 3 p.m.: Bingo Beach Bash with beach music at 3 p.m. followed by bingo at 7 p.m.
- Sunday, August 5, from 2 to 4 p.m.: Parade of Apartments
- Friday, August 17, at 10:30 a.m.: “Understanding Independent Living” seminar
- Sunday, August 19, at 2 p.m.: National Aviation Day celebration with a veterans educational seminar and history of aviation presentation
