This healthy and delicious dish can be served for breakfast or anytime during the day as a snack between meals. The nutritional yeast flakes are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and lots of cheesy flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 slice of Ezekiel bread
- a pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 2 thin slices of tomato
- teaspoon of nutritional yeast flakes (takes the place of parmesan cheese)
- 1/2 teaspoon butter (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the Ezekiel bread
- Spread butter on top of the toast
- Add the tomato and avocado slices
- Sprinkle with yeast flakes and sea salt
