Avocado Toast

This healthy and delicious dish can be served for breakfast or anytime during the day as a snack between meals. The nutritional yeast flakes are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and lots of cheesy flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of Ezekiel bread
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 2 thin slices of tomato
  • teaspoon of nutritional yeast flakes (takes the place of parmesan cheese)
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the Ezekiel bread
  2. Spread butter on top of the toast
  3. Add the tomato and avocado slices 
  4. Sprinkle with yeast flakes and sea salt
