Ingredients
- 1 pack white wine + balsamic Love Beets — quartered
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled (plus some more to garnish)
- 2/3 cups cashew nuts
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 bunch cilantro — chopped
- 1 clove of garlic — pressed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Season with salt and ground pepper
- Pour the dip into a serving bowl and garnish with some feta and cilantro
