Ingredients
  1. 8 oz Chicken Thighs
  2. 1/2 cup Yogurt
  3. 1/2 tsp Cumin
  4. 1 Cinnamon Stick
  5. 10 Cardamon Seeds
  6. 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  7. 1/2 tsp Salt
  8. 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  9. 1 tbsp Salad Oil
  10. 1 oz Ginger
  11. 2 Cloves Garlic
  12. 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
  13. 1 Sliced Red Onion
  14. 1/2 cup Cream
  15. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  16. 1 tbsp Kasturi Menthi
  17. 4 oz Cilantro
  18. 1 oz Mango Chutney
Instructions
  1. • In a medium sauce pot, saute cinnamon sticks, cardamon seed, garam masala and Kasturi in salad oil over medium heat until lightly toasted
  2. • Stir in ginger and garlic and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes or until tender
  3. • Cut chicken breasts into fours and add to pan and cook for 6 to 8 minutes
  4. • Season with salt, chili powder, lemon juice and cumin then add in tomato puree
  5. • Continue cooking for 10 more minutes then add in yogurt and cream
  6. • Continue cooking for 10 minutes or until tender
  7. • Serve over rice and garnish with cilantro, sliced red onion and mango chutney
