The Alzheimer’s Association Southeastern Virginia Chapter will offer a free program to family caregivers on August 22. “Sensible Communication – Alternatives to Words” will be held at the Churchland Library, 4934 High Street, Portsmouth, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
