2 Bundles of Broccolini
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Shaved Parmesan
Broccolini, sometimes called baby broccoli, has smaller florets, longer, thin stalks and makes a quick side dish that compliments just about any meat.
To prepare, simply brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and then place directly on grill grates. Cook for 7-10 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove from grill and top with shaved parmesan.
