Tons of Thanksgiving leftovers? Fear not! Julia Mueller dishes up some great inspiration for using the rest of your holiday feast.
Leftover Salad
- baby kale
- leftover cooked quinoa
- leftover turkey
- fresh cranberries
- apples, sliced
- pecans
Cranberry Vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- • In a small bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar and oil.
- • Add your Thanksgiving leftovers to a salad bowl or plate.
- • Pour desired amount of cranberry vinaigrette over everything and enjoy.
