Alzheimer’s Disease is the 6th leading cause of death in the United States and by the year 2050 it’s estimated 150 million Americans will suffer its devastating effects.
With these grave statistics you’d think by now we would have made it a priority to implement an Alzheimer’s Disease early detection and prevention plan, right?
We have this in place for other age-related disease’s such as Type 2 Diabetes and Heart Disease both detected with a simple blood test, but with Alzheimer’s we only address the issue after it’s too late…“Why is that?”
In my video series “THE NEW 100 LONGEVITY CAMPAIGN” I feature the big thinking humans whose incredible scientific breakthroughs not only extend human longevity to optimize our health span and our lifespan, but also cure many age-related diseases in the process.
In this episode I shine a spotlight on the latest scientific developments on Alzheimer’s Disease, and preventative measures we can take now to slow down the onset of this debilitating disease.
I’m hopeful we see a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease within my lifetime thanks to the incredible devotion and research of today’s guest, world-renowned neuroscientist and pioneer, Dr. Rudy Tanzi.

Dr.Tanzi has a laundry-list of impressive titles as the Director the Cure Alzheimer’s Fund Alzheimer’s Genome Project™, Director of the Genetics and Aging Research of the McCance Center for Brain Health, the Vice-Chair of Neurology at Mass General and Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School.
In this episode we unpack some incredible takeaways on preventive measures we can take now to slow down the onset of Alzheimer’s. We will learn about Dr. Tanzi’s fascinating discovery which led to a “proof of concept” cure to eradicate the disease forever.
I am very honored to be able to share this invaluable episode with you because this show hits very close to home for me. My Father had Dementia and I witnessed firsthand the disease’s debilitating effects which chipped away at Dad’s sharp mind and intellect.
It haunts me to this day. In particular, the day my husband and I were forced to take away his car keys after my father got lost for 8 harrowing hours trying to find his way home from the dry cleaners. That left an indelible mark on us all.
A simple errand turned worst nightmare impacted not just my father but our entire family. If I can save just one person, one family from experiencing that kind of pain by watching this episode I’d consider it a job well done.
So, grab a pen and paper and watch my interview with Dr. Tanzi on STOPPING ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE IN ITS TRACKS. I hope it will be a tremendous benefit to you and your loved ones.
